This personalized bottle of wine by Brigaldara is a Valpolicella DOC Superiore 2019 that returns in the glass all the tradition of the territory. Valpolicella is a fresh, pleasant wine, with fragrant aromas and aromas and slightly spicy notes. The peculiarity of this Superiore Ripasso is that after harvesting, the grapes ferment and then are made to "revise" the pomace of Amarone, which, thanks to the sugar component still present, trigger a second refermentation. 

Bright ruby red color. The nose is rich and intense, with notes of plums, red berries, oriental spices and tobacco. The palate denotes a medium body, fruity aromas and tertiary nuances. It has a delicate tannic texture and good freshness.
