Notes on the Wine:

This personalized bottle of wine comes directly from the cellars of the Piemontese Sordo farm, which produces this wine from the Pelaverga vine.

The area from which this wine comes is that of the Langhe in Piedmont, in Verduno.

After alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature, the aging takes place for 6 months in steel tanks and 3 months in bottle. 

Ruby red color tending to cerasuolo, the nose is lively, fragrant, fruity, vinous, with strong spicy notes. Finally in the mouth has a dry, spicy, warm, with a harmonious finish.
