Note about Wine:

Straw yellow with fine perlage, the nose has fresh notes of lemon balm and lemon leaf, then to apple, summer pear, fresh almond and slightly covered with sugar, combined with awards of bread crust. Then kiwi, grapefruit and medlar. Fresh, fruity and medium-textured, the wine thins out during the phase. The crunchy fruit, the vegetable and mineral tones are back.

Good as an aperitif but also throughout the meal both with elaborate dishes and based on fish and white meats.
